Designed for personnel who staff emergency departments, intensive care units, or critical care departments, as well as physicians, nurses, emergency technicians, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency, the ACLS Provider course provides the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate and manage the first 10 minutes of an adult ventricular fibrillation/ventricular tachycardia (VF/VT) arrest.

Per AHA policy, you are required to have the current textbook for this course. The book needs to be present in the classroom. If needed, you can purchase manuals here. Participants can complete the Online BLS for Healthcare Providers course prior to class and be tested on BLS skills in class to receive a new BLS certification card that matches their ACLS certification expiration date.
